Extremely disappointed with the quality of this phone case and the customer service from Dairy Boy. After only two months of normal use, the clear edges of my case have developed noticeable discoloration that cannot be cleaned or removed because it appears to be within the material itself.

I’ve owned plenty of phone cases from other brands, including inexpensive ones from Amazon, and have never experienced this level of deterioration in such a short amount of time. For a brand charging premium prices, I expected significantly better quality and durability.

When I contacted customer service, they simply explained that discoloration can occur from everyday use, sunlight, and natural oils, without offering any solution or replacement. To me, that is an unacceptable response when a product begins deteriorating after just two months.

I really wanted to love this case, but the quality does not justify the price, and the lack of accountability from customer service makes the experience even more disappointing. Unfortunately, I would not recommend purchasing.
