I love every chance to match with my daughter, so when I saw this I had to get one for each of us. Bonus that this can be used for either a boy or girl, so I can get additional use with subsequent children! This is a great little sweater for layering over a basic onesie, but isn’t itchy when worn alone. The children’s sweater is less densely knit than the adult, so although I am happy with the purchase and the cute matching moment, I do think that the item is overpriced for the quality. I was so excited when my sweater (blue fisherman’s daughter) was a very heavy, dense knit, and was a little disappointed when the children’s wasn’t the same. I would recommend sizing up for an “oversized” fit and prolonged wear. My 1 year old is 25 lbs and the size 2-3 fits her almost perfectly right now with a onesie underneath.
