Order Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 7–9 business days, unless otherwise specified in the product description.

Shipping Options & Delivery Costs

Dairy Boy partners with various shipping carriers. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of the package.

Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes

We will make every effort to accommodate changes to delivery addresses after an order has been placed; however, we cannot guarantee that modifications will be possible.

• Our customer service team typically responds within 48–72 business hours (excluding weekends).
• Upon request, we may be able to ship to P.O. boxes depending on carrier availability.

Insurance and Protection

We advise all customers to insure packages with our Route Protection Service. If you choose not to do so, please assume all responsibility for any loss, theft, or damage of your products.

International Orders

Dairy Boy offers worldwide international shipping through Passport, our trusted third-party shipping provider. Passport collaborates with local shipping partners to ensure secure and timely delivery.

• All international orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). Duties and taxes are collected at checkout to prevent customs delays.

• For more details regarding additional fees, please consult the selected transportation provider or local customs authorities.

PLEASE NOTE: If you selected a shipping carrier that was not Passport at checkout, your order may be subject to additional fees at the time of delivery. 

Tracking Your Order

Upon dispatch, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. You can track your shipment directly on the carrier’s website using the provided details. Dairy Boy is not responsible for carrier delays once the package leaves our facility.
